Overview:  Oak Hill Management is currently seeking an individual to assist in the day-to-day operations of several commercial properties and retail centers in the North Carolina market. This role reports directly to the Commercial Property Manager.   

FULL OR PART TIME, hourly position. Experience in Commercial Real Estate is not required.  

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:  

● Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with tenants and vendors, both written and oral   

● Display exemplary time management and follow-through skills 

● Ability to work with staff in solving problems and ability to take direction and function as part of a team  

● Send monthly invoices/account statements to tenants 

● Strong ability to follow through with tasks 

● Ability to generate work orders through our property management software (AppFolio) 

● Respond to tenant requests/problems in a timely and courteous manner 

● Follow-up with the tenants to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues 

● Become proficient with AppFolio, Google Drive, and other company systems 

● Assist with collection of information from existing tenants (ie. service contracts, certificates of insurance, etc.)  

● Assist in tenant upfit projects. Specifically, scheduling vendors and following up on quotes 

● Maintain stock and organization of office supplies and materials including office equipment  

● Organize and maintain office clerical, filing and record keeping systems 

● Assist with tenant move-ins/outs ● Other projects as assigned 

Qualifications: 

● Strong working knowledge of G-Suite systems  

● Detail oriented 

● Excellent people skills 

● Ability to work on-site in an office setting
