First Citizens Bank, 1021 Main Street in Blowing Rock, will host its annual Shred Day event on Wednesday, Aug. 20, from 9 AM to 1 PM in the Bank parking lot. Those wishing to shred documents should enter from Main Street. If you have a large amount to shred, please wait while those with less are assisted.
